Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Boutique Dental Bondi, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel, and we are happy to assist you. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other patients in need of care.
To ensure commitment to appointments, we now require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded on the day of your appointment or applied toward your treatment cost. If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you are unable to book online and choose to call our clinic, please note that we will still require payment of the deposit over the phone at the time of booking. We cannot hold or confirm appointments without the deposit being paid.
