Booking Policy

To avoid disappointment it is advisable to book your appointments 2 weeks in advance. For those of you restricted to evening and weekend appointments we would recommend scheduling at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure that you get the time your require, however we do always endeavour to be flexible around patients, opening early and closing late, where possible, so that we can be open for you when you need us most.

We understand that urgent dental appointments are required particularly when you are in pain or something is broken. We will try our absolute best to get you an appointment as soon as we can. We recommend if you can't find a time available on online to call our Bondi Junction on (02) 9387 2851 to be placed onto our Priority List so that we can find you a time as soon as one becomes available.

Cancellation Policy

Here at Boutique Dental Bondi your appointments are very important to us, we understand that sometimes appointment times may need to be changed or cancelled which we are more than happy to assist you with. However, we would be grateful if patients could give us at least 24 hour notice for all amendments to your appointment to ensure we have time to offer these spaces to other patients in need of our care.

• A $100 cancellation fee with be applied to all cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and all no-shows.

• If you are a new patient and you do not show up to your first appointment, a deposit will be required to secure another appointment with us.

• Any patients with 2 or more no-shows or last-minute cancellations will be required to pay a deposit for future appointments. If you book online, you will be contacted for payment of this deposit. If your deposit is not received your appointment will be cancelled.
